We are approved vendors for the North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS) Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Our MLS real estate residential still photography and MLS compliant videos are specifically licensed for use by a single agent on the MLS and on any printed or on-line media to market the home. Usage rights are non-transferable – furthermore, you are required to destroy images after use. Prices are subject to change. Non-realtors incur an additional account service fee. Low altitude residential drone focuses only on the home, not its proximity to points of interest. Residential drone for the MLS provides a dramatic view of the home and its features such as a pool, solar panels, or an extra-large lot with 3 images. Non-transferable usage rights. Location and acreage incur additional fees.

Prices by the service type

Federal Regulations prohibit drone pilots from flying over humans, near an airport, or 400 feet above ground level. We must maintain a visual line of sight with our craft, and fly only during daylight hours. We cannot launch when the wind exceeds 15 miles per hour,if the terrain is not acceptable for flight, or operate the craft from a moving vehicle. Even if you have requested a drone flight, we may not be able to fly the drone due to weather conditions, wind speed, nearby airports, FAA Temporary Flight Restrictions, prohibited areas, tree coverage, or power lines.

We upload our video onto YouTube @MLSDelivery, and other social platforms where it receives a wide audience beyond MLS Syndication. We send you the link via text so you can share it with your client and prospects. Videos are uploaded to @MLSTVlive Facebook Television Station, YouTube and our Facebook pages. They can be syndicated with your images, making them always available. Our Floorplans are generated using LiDAR sensors that provide precise mapping of your space. Natural Twilight

A twilight shoot transforms the simplest property into a dazzling and dramatic display of the home. Twilight puts the mundane details into the shadow and highlights the structure. Twilights start leisurely and suddenly start moving very fast. They require additional time, configuration lighting, and equipment. We will arrive early and work with the agent or the homeowner to get the home ready for this special type of photography.

Land, Farm and Ranch

We usually shoot Farm and Ranch as a full day project so we can take the time to thoroughly document the property. We'll bring all our cameras, drones, video gear, and other equipment. You'll get all our work product: photos, video, and drone from the visit. We do require that you provide transportation within the ranch.

Enhancing Reality

We like to call this MLS compliant photoshopping. These are changes that adhere to MLS marketing ethics to not materially miss-represent the home. These include color enhancement and fixing minor defects, such as greening grass (not the dirt) sky replacement to fix a gloomy sky, removing the trashcan from the front, or place a photo of the house on the blank TV screen. Edits are compliant with MLS guidelines. We do not remove power poles lines or water towers during swaps, clean badly stained carpets, fix the holes in walls, cover poorly done paint touchups or insert grass. Furthermore, we do not use AI generated changes.

If its a quick little fix we normally do not charge for the service, however if it becomes time consuming, we will charge for it.
